Airtime account balances are non-transferable (except to Family Plan members) and non-refundable. Balances expire after the last reload and no earlier than: $20 (2 months), $35 (3 months), $50 (5 months).

Airtime account is suspended when balance in airtime account expires, but calls to Customer Care and 911 are still possible. Account is canceled and mobile number is lost 90 days after expiration of airtime account balance.
